DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements

  • Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email

Note: We cannot process vague requests or requests for entire domains/sections.

Our DMCA Process

  1. We will acknowledge receipt of your DMCA notice within 1-2 business days
  2. If your notice meets all requirements, we will remove or disable access to the specific link(s) identified
  3. We will make a good faith attempt to notify the party responsible for the link
  4. We may forward the complete DMCA notice to third parties, including the person who provided the link
  5. The provider of the link may file a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error

Important Disclaimers

  • No Content Hosting: Luxe Drive does not host, store, or distribute the underlying content. We only provide links to content hosted elsewhere on the internet.
  • User-Generated Links: All links available through our service are submitted by users. We do not create, edit, or curate these links.
  • No Pre-Screening: Due to the volume of links processed, we do not manually review links before they appear in our system.
  • Language Requirement: All DMCA notices must be submitted in English to ensure proper processing.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers. Users who repeatedly submit links to infringing content may have their accounts terminated and may be banned from using our services.
